Market Loss Policy:
When purchasing from Amagi Inc. ("Amagi"), at the time a confirmation number is issued, the order is officially completed. At this point, the price is fixed and you may not cancel the transaction. The transaction may only be offset at Amagi's current asking price. You shall solely bear any deficit between the price at which we sold to you and the offsetting purchase price. Additionally, for all offsetting transactions, a $35 administrative fee will be charged to you. In the event of such offsetting transaction, Amagi shall have no liability to you for the product included in your confirmation order. Any market gain on an offsetting transaction shall be the sole property of Amagi. When selling to Amagi, at the time a confirmation number is issued, the sale is officially completed. At this point, the price is fixed and the transaction may not be canceled.
If Amagi does not receive a tracking number from you for the shipment of the product(s) within one (1) business day after the confirmation number is issued, the transaction may only be offset at Amagi's current buy price. You shall solely bear any deficit between the price at which we bought from you and the offsetting purchase price. Additionally, for all offsetting transactions, a $35 administrative fee will be charged to you. Any market gain on an offsetting transaction shall remain the sole property of Amagi.
Payment must be made or mailed within 24 hours of purchase. To make a payment, select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping cart, and checkout. You can register an account where you can check the order and shipping status, or check out as a guest. Once you select which shipping and payment method you wish to use, you will see a final total. Depending on the payment method, there may be a processing fee involved. We accept checks, money orders, bank wires, credit cards, PayPal, and Bitcoins. What are these "processing fees"?
All prices are displayed as cash prices. Cash prices are prices that individuals pay via bank wire, personal check, cashier's check, or money order. We offer these prices so that customers who wish to pay via these cash options do not have to pay the processing fees. The benefit is lower prices, however if you pay with a check or by bank wire the processing time is generally longer.
The processing fees are charged by the processing company used to process the transaction. We do not keep any of the processing fees or make any money off of them as the go directly to the processing company.
Orders placed with Amagi Metals may ship as soon as same day and up to 10 business days after the payment clearing date. Inventory is moved periodically from our vault to fulfill shipping needs for orders which can cause the extended delay. If you need to ensure a product is received or shipped by a certain date, please call us to discuss options.
We ship using several couriers including USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, and Brinks. Any order over $5,000 cannot be shipped to a post office box. Tracking information is typically e-mailed the evening your order ships. In rare instances, the tracking information may be withheld for your order until the first delivery is attempted. This is typically for high value shipments that require a signature.
We may combine shipping if you've placed more than one order. Any postage charges collected in excess of the actual costs when combining is property of Amagi Metals. In many of these cases, we are upgrading the shipping method. All orders within the United States of $2,000 or more ship for free. Please be sure to select the free shipping option when your order is placed.

We take this into account for every decision we make. When we hire new employees, we make sure that we pick the ones that come into the office every day with a smile on their face. Our packages are meticulously packaged so that they arrive at our customers locations on time and well packaged.
Sometimes events occur that are outside of our control. They include lost packages, product shortages, and minting delays. Unfortunately we are not magicians and cannot foresee these events, or magically produce products out of thin air (we are not a printing press).
