How long until my order ships?
Orders that do not contain “pre-order” items typically ship in 3-5 business days after payment has cleared. If you have questions about when a certain product or order will ship, feel free to call or email our support team – [email protected]
Can I have my shipment overnighted?
Yes, after payment has cleared we can overnight your shipment. There will be increased postage charges for the overnight option. Please call or e-mail support for a quote.
Can I expedite my shipment?
Yes, if you would like your order to ship within 24 hours, please e-mail us the request. Each order can be rushed or expedited for an additional $45 fee.
Are you or will you be carrying ________ product?
Have you signed up for our newsletter? We often advertise new or returning products in our inventory in our free newsletter. If you have a bullion product suggestion, please feel free to email support with the request.
How long do I have to mail my payment?
We ask that you mail payment within 48 business hours. Any orders with non-payment may be subject to our market loss policy or sent to collections.
How can I tell if you’ve received my payment?
When your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email as receipt. If the mailed payment is a personal check or business check, please wait 6 business days for the check to clear through the bank. Money orders or cashier’s check may occasionally be held for 6 business days upon discretion of our accounting department. How do I send a bank wire?
If your order is over $2,000 we allow wire as payment. You’ll be provided with bank information for our account upon check-out when selecting wire as your payment option. Depending on your bank, they may charge you a fee to wire the funds to us.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not cancel orders, however we can enact our Market Loss Policy if you decide you would like to sell the order back to us. Please see Market Loss Policy for more details.
What countries do you ship to?
Please use the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” section of your cart page (bottom left hand corner) to find out if we ship to your country of residence. If you are in the UK or Asia, FedEx, our courier prohibits shipments in value of $2500 or more. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
What forms of payment does Amagi Metals accept?
Amagi Metals accepts cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, and bank wire for payment. We also accept many cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple, Darkcoin, and NXT. If you have a payment method suggestion, feel free to email support.
What if I’m unhappy with the products I receive?

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges vary based on value and size of products ordered. You can obtain an estimate for your shopping cart by using the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” section of the cart (bottom left hand corner).
Are your shipments insured and what couriers do you use?
Yes, every shipment we send is insured. We use a variety of couriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Brinks for delivery.
Do you purchase coins, rounds, and bars from customers?
Yes, we do! Please feel free to contact our support team for assistance with quotes. Keep in mind we typically do not purchase any products with numismatic value.
Can I purchase items in your showroom?
Absolutely. We ask that you call in your order 1-3 days prior to the pick-up date from our showroom. We may request payment at the time of order depending on value. We accept cash, credit card, and cryptocurrency as payment in our showroom.
What is the difference between a coin and a round?
Coins are issued from government mints, while rounds and bars are produced by private mints and often carry a lower premium than coins. There are pros and benefits to both rounds and coins. Read more about them here.
What is the difference between BU and Proof-like coins/rounds?
BU designed rounds are uncirculated, however are mass produced thus sometimes they may have small imperfections, while a proof-like round has a shiny, mirror-like finish that is carefully designed and packaged separately. Proof-likes often carry a higher premium.
Does a 22 Karat gold coin contain one ounce of gold?
The one ounce gold coins we have listed at Amagi Metals, all contain one ounce of gold. However 22 Karat gold coins might have a higher item weight. This level of gold purity uses other additive alloys to create a sturdy gold coin. Pure gold is not durable and often not a good form of metal to coin. The popular American Gold Eagle for instance contains one full ounce of gold, yet the item weight is 1.0909 troy ounces, due to the added alloys to create the coin.
